Derek is introduced to Reina Mayuzumi, representative of Acropolis Pharmaceutical. Acropolis and Caduceus have just signed a new business agreement to facilitate the development, production and distribution of PGS medication, and Derek is enlisted to assist with Mayuzumi's medication. As Mayuzumi escorts Derek to the laboratory, she showers him in praise and extends him an offer to join Acropolis. While he is flattered, Derek is hesitant to decide. Angie overhears the whole conversation and chides him for his wavering devotion to his duties.

This is the series-staple puzzle operation. You have several disks already placed on the field, and a few more at the side that can be fitted into the open slots. Using the forceps, you can grasp the edges of the disks to rotate them, and grasp the center of the disks to reposition them. Disks already on the field can be rotated but not re-positioned. Align all the disks such that adjacent rings are of the same color.
