The Altar is the sixth episode of the seventh chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
The strike force identifies Mercer, who's hiding out in the laboratory in the depths of the plant. Heather steps forth and tries to talk Mercer out of his madness. Mercer goes to unveil his ultimate goal: All his Neo-GUILT research is so that he can find a means to revive his comatose wife. Bythos has already been maturing within Tracy's body, and Mercer injects a stimulant to attempt to bring her back to life.
Naturally, his attempt goes horribly awry, and Tracy falls into critical condition. While Derek operates to save Tracy's life, Mercer escapes further into the plant to unleash his last resort...

Getting XS[]
There is a drastic score difference between S and XS. Try to get as many COOLs as possible from suturing lacerations. If you have the room to do so, let Bythos attack a few more times to get extra lacerations to suture.
