After trying various things to no avail, Victor gets Derek to collect a sample of the GUILT core for analysis.

As the briefing indicates, follow every one of Victor's instructions to complete the operation. The tricky part is injecting the core before it disappears. In Under the Knife, the core moves around as well, so you'd want to hit it in the middle of its movement path.

After administering the yellow medication, let the Pempti go berserk for a bit and lower the vitals to below 70 before neutralizing with the white medication. Victor will then issue an additional instruction to restore vitals, which will then check off the required bonus criteria.
