The Future of GUILT is Episode 6-6 of Second Opinion.

Story[]

Owen demonstrates his Z-cell research as he brings up a wounded patient who has made a perfect recovery. Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Miller discuss the applications of this research, while Naomi is remains skeptical. As the Z-cells are based off Adam's personal GUILT strain, she's confident that it cannot be controlled and is bound to backfire. As she says this, the Z-cell patient suddenly coughs up a lot of blood. This releases airborne GUILT into the room, threatening to infect everyone in the vicinity. Derek prepares to operate, as his recent recovery from GUILT gives him sufficient immunity to not be threatened.

That's what the report says....In his left lung. By the look of these chirial reactions, I'd say it's the Pempti strain....Which gives us one objective:
- Destroy the Pempti core.
Once the core is gone, the fluids should go away naturally, as always.

Getting XS[]

The polyp mini-cores are a little bit easier to eliminate on this level, so it's possible to clear out more of them before they start spawning polyps. Again, if you're low on score, you can intentionally let a laceration form, and get more points with a Cool suture.
