The Masked Prisoner is a prologue to the Surgery field in Trauma Team.

Story[]

Deep within a prison, Holden asks to visit a prisoner with a 250-year sentence. The prisoner, a young man with a bucket helmet, asks what he wants. Holden informs him that he will be allowed to perform operations in exchange for a reduced sentence, reminding him that he will never save lives again if he declines. The prisoner only asks, "Again?"
