Operation[]
This operation is a lot simpler than 4-6. You now need to inject the nanomachine (the brown vial) into the core to get it to shrink. It will create some polyps on the way, so treat them quickly. Once the GUILT's core is exposed, hit it with the laser.
As the core resets the fluid, you'll need to repeat the extraction process. Once you've hit Pempti with the laser, quickly extract it, and complete the operation.
