Story[]
Irene welcomes the team on their return from Culuruma. Their experiences have revealed new leads for the Stigma investigations. The FBI has come into contact with an informant, but she wants to be operated on by the Caduceus team in her own home first before she says anything. The team is introduced to their patient, Rose Devereaux. She recounts a bit on her son's upbringing - she had ties to the mafia but wanted him to not get entangled with a life of crime. He became a doctor but after experiencing war, he fell in with the wrong crowd and became fascinated with biological warfare, leading to his involvement in Stigma. Rose has some information for the team about the property he owns, but would only tell more after the operation is done. After a successful operation, Rose directs the team to a note with the critical information she's kept hidden away. She had prepared for the worst case scenario of her own death on the operating table, but with a new lease on life she feels she can turn over a new leaf.

Operation[]
This operation involves a unique tumor type. They grow on the surface of the organ so they don't need to be scanned before excision. The tumors are also supported by three blood vessels and they regularly produce polyps that add to the vital drain. Drain off the cytoplasm, sever the blood vessels, extract the tumor and burn off any remaining polyps.
The gimmick to these tumor types manifests when multiple tumors are present. You are presented with two at once, but the catch is that after one tumor is extracted, a hidden timer counts down, and if it lapses, all extracted tumors and severed blood vessels regenerate. To avoid this, it's best to drain and cut all tumors before removing them all from the operating field in one fell swoop.
The third and final wave presents three tumors and another stage gimmick - the power's gone out and you have to rely on a lighter that can only illuminate a small field of the operation. You can still work in the dark if you've memorized the tumor locations. Clear out this last wave and the power will come back on so that you can close up the patient without interference.

Getting XS[]
On the third wave, start with cutting away at the left-most tumor, memorize its location, then extract it in the dark while removing the other two tumors. Either Healing Touch works fine - Markus's saves time while Valerie's lets you weather the vital drainage.
