Third Sin is Episode 6-4 of Trauma Center: Under the Knife.

Story[]

The third Sinner is operated on, and the game flashes back to Angie's response to Blackwell's motives. She is rightfully angry at her father's actions, yet simultaneously guilty that another child had to be sacrificed in her place. Derek reassures that she has no part in this, and that they can make things right again by saving the Sinners.
