Tragedy is the seventh episode of the sixth chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.

Story

After escaping from their cell, Derek and Angie find an unattended satellite phone with which they contact the police and relay their location. The HOA springs into action and accompanies the police on their raid on Raitenau Manor. Derek and Angie return to their cell to await the police's arrival.

After the police successfully rescue Derek and Angie, the HOA doctors move in to deliver a decisive blow to Heinrich's GUILT development. Derek accompanies them since there are unknowns in the manor that have not been accounted for.

In the depths of the Manor, they find that Heinrich not only intends to enter suspended animation like his grandfather before him, but have also used his own children, Karl and Christine, as GUILT development grounds. Adel rashly steps forth and administers the HOA's anti-GUILT serum, causing violent reactions in Heinrich and his family. Adel succumbs to the tranquilizer gas, forcing Derek and Angie to operate to save the lives of the Raitenau family and erase their GUILT strains.

This marathon GUILT operation is the climax of the war on GUILT for this game. You'll start with Heinrich who has Tetarti, then move on to Karl with Kyriaki and Christine with Pempti.

Use all the techniques you've learned against the GUILT mutations so far to combat each pathogen. If you need to practice, use episode 3-6, episode 5-6 and episode 6-3 to get a handle on each GUILT strain.
