Transplant is Episode Z-4 of Second Opinion.
Story[]
This chapter corresponds with chapter 4-8 of the main plot.
Nozomi is called in to perform a transplant on a GUILT victim. The professor also advises her to treat the GUILT-induced tumors in the same patient. Any risk of rejection is eliminated due to GUILT's own immunosuppressive effects. After the operation, Nozomi begins to question Delphi's motives. The Professor reiterates the mastermind's ideologies, and Nozomi hardly buys any of it. The discussion is cut short as the Delphi operative reminds her that this could constitute a breach of contract.

Operation[]
Start by extracting the tumors. They are the exact some ones you worked on in Chapter Z-2. With the vital cap of 50, though, there is very little room for error, and you may need the Healing Touch to fix this up quickly.
The next step in the procedure is the kidney transplant. Inject the vasoconstrictor into the red abdominal aorta, make an incision, drain the blood, and attach and suture the red renal artery. Aim to get this done before the vasoconstrictor wears off; you can inject more to keep the vessel constricted. Do the same to attach the blue renal vein to the inferior vena cava. Attaching the yellow ureter to the bladder follows the same procedure but doesn't require any vasoconstrictor.
Special Bonuses[]
- Tumors did not regenerate: 800
- Finished before vasoconstrictor expired: 200
- No mistakes: 700
- Completed with [210/225/230] left: 300
Operation Rank[]
- C:~4499
- B:4500~4799
- A:4800~5099
- S:5100~5199
- XS:5200~
Getting XS[]
The vasoconstrictor wearing off can waste time at best or cause the operation to go awry at worst, so link and suture the vessels as fast as you can.
