Truth Unveiled is the third episode of the seventh chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
As the police begins their raid on the HOA headquarters, Blackwell explains the truth behind his actions. When he and Victor were looking into the origins of the Neo-GUILT in Emilio's liver, they came to the conclusion that the GUILT is from the donor and suspected that it was tampered with. Blackwell had joined the HOA to better investigate Acropolis, expecting to discover a Delphi remnant, only to realize the Neo-GUILT research they were partaking in.
A police member interrupts the conversation to alert the team of a newly-discovered GUILT victim. The team is escorted into the facility to find multiple HOA doctors all writhing in pain. Derek prepares to operate to save the doctors' lives.

Operation[]
This is a marathon brain aneurysm operation. You have 10 minutes for three patients.
For the first patient, you will only be dealing with small aneurysms. Treat the first two you see, then the magnifier will become available to search for the other two on the right side of the operating field. As you're in the middle of treating this pair of aneurysm, another pair will manifest on the left side of the field, so be ready to quickly look to the other side to sedate them. Once you've finished this wave of aneurysms, the game will toss out one last wave of four small aneurysms to treat before you're done with this patient.
The next patient has a mixture of small and large aneurysms. You start with one small and one large aneurysm to treat. The second wave here will start with two small and one large aneurysm, and in the middle of working through this group, two more smaller aneurysms, then one large aneurysm will manifest. After all the aneurysms in this long wave are treated, the game throws out two small and two large aneurysms before you are done with the patient.
The final patient only has small aneurysms but also has pus-secreting tumors. You start with two aneurysms and two tumors to treat. The second wave starts with three aneurysms and two tumors spread across the upper-left area of the operating field, and as you're operating, two more aneurysms and one extra tumor will manifest. The final barrage will consist of four small aneurysms and three pus-secreting tumors.
Once you're done, the operation will conclude without needing any closing stitches.

Getting XS[]
As with other aneurysm operations, shrink and cut all the aneurysms to address the immediate risk of bursting. Work on them two at a time. Mid-wave aneurysms the moment you've brought the vessels together, so before suturing anything pan around the area to search for any new problems that appear. The best places to use the Healing Touch are either the final wave of aneurysms on the second patient (as the large aneurysms take a lot of sedative to shrink fully) or the final wave of aneurysms and tumors on the third patient (due to the intense combined vital drain they present).
