Operation[]
This level has five Kyriaki patients, with ten minutes to complete it - a true test of your surgical skills so far. You can practice in chapter 3-2 to prepare for this level - aim to finish in under 2 minutes.
If you still struggle to finish all five patients in one go, the game throws you a lifeline in the middle of the level. If you manage to reach the third patient, Angie will notify that backup has arrived to help take care of any remaining Kyriaki patients. At that point, running out of time will not cause you to instantly lose; you can finish up your current patient at your leisure and still be allowed to proceed to the next chapter so long as their vitals don't go below zero.
Be aware that in the third to fifth patients, the adult Kyriaki will now spawn accompanied with an extra small Kyriaki body.

You don't have a time bonus criteria, but you do need to keep a very long chain of over 200, and essentially never break the chain during the whole gauntlet. Work calmly and don't rush your sutures. The large lacerations and the adult Kyriaki's entrance cuts are common points where Bads are issued, so stitch carefully. Don't waste time toying with the Kyriaki at any point since you still need to save all five patients.
