Visitor is the story-only sixth episode of the fourth chapter of Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
Angie visits Hope Hospital and runs into Mary, who gets her to meet with Derek. The two are still unable to converse properly, so Cybil suggest that Derek sees her by himself the next day. Angie reveals that she was planning to see her father, Kenneth Blackwell, that day, so Derek is to accompany her to also learn more about what Blackwell has discovered.
At the penitentiary, Blackwell reveals grave news - a Delphi remnant was the one behind the outbreak at Elysium and is working to revive the organization. He adds that there have been other GUILT researchers under Delphi's employ, and while most of them have been apprehended, one remained at large, and is likely the one who's maintaining Delphi's operations. Blackwell suddenly collapses from PGS of his own GUILT. He is escorted to his own research facility in the penitentiary where Derek and Angie prepare to operate.
