Dr. Owen is found and arrested, and he is revealed to be a Delphi remnant. Meanwhile, an accident in Adam's chamber has Dr. Hoffman infected with GUILT. Faced with a mutant Savato, Derek and Naomi join forces to save Caduceus's Director.

Operation[]
This is not too different from the previous Savato operation. The web will take a little longer to cut, so to save time, focus your scalpel use at an intersection between web strands.
Because you have two doctors working on this operation, you can use Naomi's Healing Touch without any penalty. Naomi is in charge of the operation at the lower regions of the heart, near the apex. Use this information to avoid accidentally wasting Derek's Healing Touch.
As Savato goes berserk on its last legs, both Derek and Naomi will intervene with their Healing Touches automatically. This is a great time to exploit Savato's aggression for massive points, as successfully suturing each group of lacerations will restore more vitals than Savato can damage. Be aware that your sutures can run out like your laser and syringe - the moment you start running low is about the right time to start the second layer of the Healing Touch to finish the operation.

If you're low on score, use Savato's last stand to compensate. You easily raise vitals faster than Savato can cause damage just by suturing the lacerations, so the patient is at very low danger of dying. Get a long string of Cools to push yourself into the score threshold before finishing the operation.
