Waking From Terror is the fourth Surgery level in Trauma Team.
Opening[]
Hank asks CR-S01 to perform a surgery, but gets no reaction. He tells CR-S01 to admit his innocence, but he refuses, trapped in his flashbacks of the Cumberland College Incident, and not believing it himself. Hank accuses him of running from the truth. CR-S01 asks Hank to leave him alone, which he reluctantly does. Tomoe comes to bring his meal. The distressed CR-S01 tells her that "it" was all a dream, and he's a prisoner, and not like everyone else. Later, Holden asks Gabriel for his opinion on CR-S01's skills. Gabriel tells him that he's amazing. Holden expresses doubt in his guilt, which surprises Gabriel. Holden explains that they had hoped CR-S01's memory would be restored working in the medical field, and Gabriel could help catch the real culprit. Gabriel refuses and leaves. Holden goes to CR-S01's room himself to ask him to do the surgery.
Operation[]
We start with the patient's head. Clear away a blood pool to reveal a tumor; extract it as before. It will continue to bleed, so be ready to drain. Once it is removed, more tumors will be revealed. Treat them as before. Once you've removed a total of five, you move to the abdomen. Make an incision and drain the blood you find inside. You will find a rip in the surface with damaged tissue that must be excised. Inflammations will then pop up, which must be treated with the syringe. Search the operating field to find and deal with small tumors, hidden tumors, and more inflammations. One more area of tissue damage will also be in evidence. Once this is done, you move to the last area, the stomach. More hemorrhaging will pop up, which must be drained. Search around and deal with the tumors, blood pools, and tissue damage you find there. Eventually, you will lose your surgical needle somewhere inside the operating field. Look for it using the ultrasound. It may be difficult to find due to its small size, but when you do, simply pick it up with the forceps. Other than that, this operation isn't very eventful. If you take too long, though, the needle will continue to fall in and cost you points.

Gabriel arrives and tricks CR-S01 with a fake handshake. Hank brings him down to emergency, which does a poor job of living up to its former glory. He explains that it's still there because they don't see the small things the way others do. CR-S01 encounters Maria, who is trying to fix the electricity. She soon realizes he wasn't behind the terrorist attack, even if he can't remember, and apologizes for the fight. Suddenly, he steps on a pipe and breaks it, and Maria furiously shouts at him.
