Widespread Fear is the third episode of the sixth chapter of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2.
Story[]
Delphi sets Operation Hades in motion, causing several widespread GUILT outbreaks across the city. Caduceus is mobilized and splits into several teams, and Derek gets to work on a Tetarti patient. After eight consecutive offscreen Tetarti operations, Victor comes in with the HOA's GUILT serum in tow. He instructs Derek to administer it, to great success. With the aid of the GUILT serum, the doctors manage to cure every patient, completely thwarting Delphi's attack. Meanwhile, Heinrich is outraged that the attack has failed so thoroughly, and swears vengeance on Acropolis and the HOA.

Operation[]
This is another Tetarti operation, and is not too different from episode 5-2.
After a few successful hits on Tetarti, the game unveils another layer of difficulty to the pathogen: the black variant. Fortunately, Derek reveals that R&D has already developed a serum for it after an immature sample was discovered offscreen during the raid. Now, with five colors to create a large variety of color combinations... Tetarti is still as simple as the previous encounter.
