Operation Strategy[]
Tetarti moves a lot faster here; you have a much smaller window of opportunity to inject each antigen. You don't need a full syringe of antigen - usually about 1/3 syringe gives enough to work on them. Catch the Tetarti bodies when they've wandered away from the pack so that you don't hit the wrong one by mistake.
Second Opinion players will have to deal with a few waves of mutant Tetarti that they've seen in chapter 6-3. The vitals will definitely plummet with those waves, so act quickly and keep vitals near max during the downtime. You also face a shorter time limit, and causing a new diverticulum to form dooms your attempt. While the operation lets you get away with making mistakes here, it can easily break your Chain and deny you a big bonus.
