Operation

Right off the bat you've got eight lacerations to treat. Do it quickly, push the vitals back up, close the last one and commence the fight.

Like with Kyriaki, suture each laceration on sight, since vitals will plummet extremely quickly. Bythos will take six extractions to defeat and release denser spore formations from the get-go while split apart. The safest moments to bring vitals back up are when the shell's in the middle of regenerating or if you're waiting for the laser to recharge and have no wounds to treat.
