Very little has changed for Pempti compared to its previous appearances. Your aim for this operation is to perfectly counter each and every one of its attacks and have the scalar laser active almost all the time. If Pempti is given any quarter, the operation can quickly spiral out of control.
Getting Chain or score to hit XS can boil down to a matter of luck depending on Pempti's choice of attacks and how easily you can deal with each. Laceration cores can give you the opportunity to get COOLs when suturing, but the act of suturing can become very time-consuming. You can only clear out three polyp mini-cores before the remaining two advance up the organ, but just treating them will push your Chain high enough to get the bonus easily. Vital-draining mini-cores are really simple to treat and give you the most breathing room.
