Getting XS[]
Like before, ideally you should never see the four-Pempti, six-Kyriaki, or eight-Pempti. If Aletheia regenerates and gets that far you'll lose too much ground.
- Kyriaki wave: Inject after defeating each Kyriaki body. Suture each laceration on sight.
- Nous wave: Drain three Nous bodies and inject after you've defeated the third. Let the fourth escape, treat the Nous tumor that appears when it resurfaces, and then defeat the final Nous to force the phase change.
- Six-Sige: Gel, cut, inject, repeat. Interrupt this pattern to drain any pus that forms. By doing this you'll exceed 50 Chain. When you're down to the last one, bump up vitals as needed, drain off any pus that happens while you're waiting for the syringe to fully recharge, then slice it away and pump Aletheia with as much antibiotic as you can muster.
- Tetarti: Pause the game while they're showing their colors so that you can see which goes where and defeat them instantly.
- Bythos: Shatter all the Bythos bodies so that they're immobilized. Try to get them all at the same corner of the heart so that you can easily scan for hematoceles before extraction. This will also mean that a blind slice with the scalpel will easily catch a hematocele. Give a full syringe of antibiotic after each core you extract.
- Eight-Sige: By this point you should have plenty of antibiotic in Aletheia. You can inject for every two Sige defeated and you can force the final phase change.
Once you've flipped on the Healing Touch you have almost all the time in the world to cut away the vessels. Don't rush yourself as a mistake here will undo all your hard work.
